Golfers and Gardeners Giving Back………What a great day! 

The Fairways Driving Range and Van Wilgen’s Garden Center in Branford, CT opened their doors on Saturday July 17^th to support Open Your Heart, Help the Community, Inc. and the Bode/Caruso home renovation.  With all proceeds being donated to the cause,   golfers of all abilities gathered from all over the Northeast  to pitch in and make a difference by donating almost $5000.00!

From the RE/MAX Long Drive Contest (longest drive 308 yards!), to the 1 million dollar Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Hole in One Contest (closest ball rolled by the hole only 4” away!) and $1000.00 putting contests, the day was a tremendous success!  Special thanks to The Fairways and Van Wilgen’s, and all who  participated, making this a day to remember…………  Start practicing for next year!!
